By enrolling in any one or more of the 4  programs in the "Next Level Transformation" series of online international certification programs by Avinash Ananda, I understand, accept and agree that;

1. The fees paid by me are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

2. There is no promise made to me and I have no expectations other than the knowledge I will receive if I pay attention during the course. 

3. I will be awarded a certificate of participation if I view all recordings and submit all assignments, feedback forms, and the video testimonials.

4. My written and video assignments and testimonials may be used for promotional purposes and I have no objection to the same.

5. This is a self-paced program that must be completed within two weeks of enrollment. 

6. The program includes access to view 4  hours of pre-recorded "live" video sessions and course material which includes assignments that I must complete to receive the online certificate.

7. The recordings of the program can be accessed by me for a period of 10 days from the date of my enrollment into the program. If I have chosen the 'Special Combo Offer - All 4 Programs',  the recorded videos for all four courses can be accessed by me for a period of 45 days from the date of acceptance of my enrollment.

8. The video recordings and the course content provided are the intellectual property of  Avinash Ananda and GAMMA and may not be retained, used, copied, or replicated in any form without the written consent of Avinash Ananda. To do so is a legal offense.

9. The learnings given in this program are designed as positive motivational and inspirational tools and I understand the core underlying message that I should be positive in my approach to life and take responsibility to develop positive habits to apply all positive learnings consistently to enhance the quality of my life and also make a positive difference to those around me.

10. I will be open-minded and positive before, during, and after the course about the course, faculty, and knowledge provided.
