Purpose of the program

The iLEAD Program focuses on optimizing leadership potential through a happiness-centric approach. Leveraging Meta Mind Alignment—the innovative science of Leadership and Happiness—the program integrates Western modern management practices with Eastern timeless wisdom.

To truly excel in leadership, it is essential to recognize that happiness is not merely an adjunct but a fundamental component of effective leadership. Research shows that while technical skills account for only 15% of a leader's success, a substantial 85% relies on behavioral skills, or what are commonly referred to as soft skills. However, cultivating these skills is only part of the equation; developing the right mindsets is crucial for sustained growth, positive transformation and optimal results.

The iLEAD Happiness-centric Leadership & Human Resource Management Program, rooted in the principles of Meta Mind Alignment, emphasizes the importance of developing mind sets and skill sets for Happiness-centric Leadership. It features 10 Meta-Skill workshops, each being focused on learning one behavioral skill-set (and related mindsets). One behavioral skill set along with it's related mindsets is what we call a Meta-Skill. These Meta-Skills have been gleaned from a powerful Meta Mind Happiness-centric Leadership Competencies Framework, that focuses on learning how to master one’s 'inner world'—self-management and self-influence—and one’s 'outer world'—managing and influencing others. This synergistic approach ensures that participants are equipped to overcome challenges more effectively while moving even faster towards their goals, with self-sustained positive energy being the fuel for their success.

Over a comprehensive 10 sessions period, this program offers participants a deep dive into all fundamental aspects of behavioral sciences to develop complete personal and professional excellence and leadership capabilities. Participants can choose to learn specific meta skills as need-based, stand-alone workshops or they can choose to engage in the entire suite of 10 workshops for a holistic development experience. For transformative change, we advocate mastering all 10 Meta-Skills, making happiness and leadership integral elements of individual leadership growth and organizational culture. Completing all workshops earns participants an International Certification in Happiness-centric Leadership & Human Resources Management.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The i.l.e.a.d. one-year in-house program

  • This Program is of 10 days duration, covering 10 Meta-Skills (one Meta-skill workshop per day). The recommended time gap between two one-day workshops should not exceed one month.

  • These workshops are usually conducted in a group or team setting, either as a 'live' in-house program within an organization or institution, as an event organized by one of our marketing partners.

  • It can also be delivered online 'live' via a webinar on a virtual platform.

  • It includes learning assessments, customized feedback on each participant, and action-learning in between sessions in the form of assignments and project work.

  • This makes it a concentrated, measurable and result-oriented approach to developing self-leadership qualities and a happiness-oriented mindset for individuals at all levels of the organization.

The i.l.e.a.d. 5 days retreat

These 10 sessions could also be conducted as an in-house program as a 5-days experiential in-person retreat (2 sessions per day), organised in-house or through a retreat partner company.
