Purpose of the program
This program is aimed at equipping the participant with the mindsets and skill-sets of a world class corporate trainer/ executive coach with the executional excellence to specialize in conducting a one day interactive program in one area of behavioral skill expertise i.e. one topic chosen out of the 14 behavioral topics taught in the i-Lead program, that best suits the need and ability of the participant.
Developing self-leadership qualities required of a change catalyst and undergoing some relevant customized executive coaching for their own behavioral transformation towards their next level of growth is an integral initial part of this intensive learning experience. This enables the participant to not only be a recipient and experiencer of the coaching process, it also allows the participant to simultaneously subjectively and objectively observe and learn from the coaching as it is conducted for him or her. This the first ofa six phase process of learning.
The second phase of the learning experience in this program is for the participant to learn about the principles and strategies of Meta Mind Alignment, while being exposed to the fundamental knowledge gleaned from the research upon which it is based. A deeper understanding of the fundamentals of psychology and the tools of transformation used in the training methodology of Alignment Alchemy are the other objectives of this phase of learning.
The third phase in the trainer/coach certification process involves honing and developing platform skills and learning new content transmission /deIivery styles, with a special focus on Improv Theatrics, an interactive theatre-based story telling style of training and coaching.
The fourth phase of the experience is equipping the participant with the knowledge on the skill chosen to be the area of specialization and learning the specific content for facilitating a one day (6 hours) corporate workshop on that chosen happiness-centric skill-based workshop. This would include familiarizing the participant with the agenda / time-bound structured sequential flow of the program along with the script and details of activities to be conducted, including key-take-aways for their workshop students. All of these are presented to the participant in a detailed international quality facilitator manual. The participants are also familiarized with and given the detailed course content as will be handed out as participant manuals to their workshop students.
The fifth phase of the process to become a trainer/coach is an assessment and examination, which includes submission of related assignments and project work, and demonstration of the participant's capability to conduct the learned one day training program through ’live’ audience sessions and videos. This assessment will lead to an international trainer/ coach certification.
The sixth phase, is optional, and involves an internship period where the freshly minted Meta Mind Trainer is required to conduct the program he/she is trained and certified on for several audiences, and receive and submit participant feedback on the same. A further sharpening of skills from the additional feedback received by us is the benefit of this optional phase, if chosen by the participant.

This is a one year program and includes 12 sessions of 3 hours duration per session (one session per month) with time given for structured action-learning (with project work, assignments and reflective studies) in between sessions. It could also be done as a 6 days (6 hours per day) immersive experience.

Alignment Coaching Transformation System™ - A.C.T.S
This Certification Program is based on A.C.T.S.TM (Alignment Coaching Transformation System™), a holistic educational technology developed by GAMMA. The modules in this program are based on modern and up to date research in the fields of behavioral sciences, management theories, and the principles of both Pedagogy and Synergogy.

ASSIGNMENTS, INTERNSHIP, PROJECTS & DISSERTATIONS

As a mandatory requirement for completion of the course the Assignments, Projects and Dissertations will need to be submitted by the participants.

Completion of the required minimum hours of Internship in any organization/ institution/ group organized by them is mandatory.

Participants are assessed on the basis of their submitted work as well as a Viva Voce.

The Certificate will be awarded to participants after completion of all submissions and assessments.

DURATION DETAILED

This part time autonomous program is for 1 year in duration with a total of 200 hours of total time commitment. Please note that a FAST-TRACK OPTION (6 months) is also available on request upon certain eligibility criteria.
