By enrolling in this program, I understand, accept, declare and agree that:

1. The fees paid by me are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether I attend the program sessions or not. 

2. I am aware of the timings & dates of this online yet 'live' program, and I have the sole responsibility to attend each session as I will not receive any recording of the sessions I may miss or attend.  

3. There is no promise made to me and I have no expectations other than the knowledge I will receive if I pay attention during the course. 

4. I will be awarded a certificate of participation if I attend all sessions and submit all assignments & feedback forms.

5. My written and video assignments and testimonials may be used for promotional purposes and I have no objection to the same.

6. The course content provided is the intellectual property of  Avinash Ananda and Meta Mind International and may not be retained, used, copied, or replicated in any form without the written consent of Avinash Ananda. To do so is a legal offense.

7. I will be open-minded and positive before, during, and after the course about the course, faculty, and knowledge provided.

8. I understand that the nature of this course is motivational and is not a therapy of any kind.

9. The course sessions are conducted in an informal, conversational format and will include some humour, inspirational stories along with facts and suggestions for self-development. I understand that there is no intention to malign, or offend any group/s of people, and any understanding or misunderstanding of the content is solely my responsibility.
